Graphics memory: 512MB

FINALLY!!! AFTER LONG AWAITED, I'VE FINALLY GOT MY HANDS ON THIS GAME... FOR THE PC VERSION OF COURSE.. ALTHOUGHT IT IS ALSO AVAILABLE ON X360 AND PS3... WHATEVER, THE GAME IS SOLID GOLD!!
It's only been a couple of months and 2010 is already shaping up to be one of the best ever for gamers. If your wallet hasn't already been emptied, Electronic Arts and development studio DICE have tossed yet another videogame on the pile that can't be missed. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 ups the intensity and visual prowess of its predecessor, while still delivering one of the most compelling multiplayer games around.
If you were to buy Bad Company 2 solely for the single-player campaign, you might come away a bit disappointed. That's not to say it's particularly bad in any way, but it doesn't feel impressive enough to stand on its own as a great experience. Once again, the multiplayer game is the star of the Battlefield show.
Things become more impressive yet when the action kicks in. Returning from the last Bad Company game are nearly fully destructible environments. If an enemy soldier is holed up in a second-story bedroom taking potshots at you, all you have to do is send a rocket at that wall and he'll either wind up dead or fully exposed. The same line of thinking applies to just about anything you see – send enough firepower at it and you can watch it crumble. To top things off, the AI squad mates at your side act like real soldiers in battle. They'll press the attack while you flank and hold off the enemy while you duck behind cover to recuperate. Many games slap you in a squad of largely ineffective soldiers and let you do all of the heavy lifting. Bad Company 2 is a refreshing change of pace in this regard. The team at DICE went for a more cinematic and epic feel with Bad Company 2 and almost nailed it.Those backdrops sure are gorgeous. The destructible environments add to the chaos quite nicely. Some fantastic audio samples and above average voice acting.Solid shooting mechanics and an excellent approach to multiplayer combat. This is the kind of multiplayer game you can go back to for months and months without getting bored.

Those looking at Bad Company 2 as only a single-player game might come away disappointed. It's an action packed, gorgeous, and explosive game but it doesn't quite come together into a campaign for the ages. It more feels like an added bonus to the multiplayer game and for those in search of that, this is a great choice. Bad Company 2 as an online shooter is flexible and engaging, offering several features that the competition can only dream of. If you're looking for a more strategic and team-based change of pace, look no further. This is the game for you.

MASS EFFECT 2

PLATFORMS: PS3, X360, PC
GENRE: THIRD- PERSON SHOOTER
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows XP SP3 / Windows Vista SP1 / Windows 7
2.6+ GHz Cure 2 Duo Intel or equivalent AMD CPU
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT, or better recommended
100% DirectX compatible sound card and drivers
DirectX August 2008

THIS GAME HAVE A SUPERB GAMING EXPERIENCE.. SPECIALLY MADE FOR THOSE WHO ARE RPG's ENTHUSIAST..
Once again stepping into the role of the heroic Commander Shepard, gamers command their crew on a suicide mission in space. Players must assemble their squad from amongst the galaxy's most powerful mystics, geniuses, and convicts and lead them on a suicide mission to discover why humans are vanishing from the galaxy. The success of the mission hinges on the squad recruited and their loyalty to the mission. Shepard's future depends on it.
The Collectors' Edition includes an art book, the first issue of the comic book Mass Effect: Redemption, a making-of DVD, and exclusive in-game weapons and armor.
Mass Effect 2 is a better game in near every way. From the very first scene, you will be hooked. And the farther you dive into this epic action role-playing game, the better it gets. It fulfills the promise of its predecessor while continuing to push the boundaries of what we should expect in a videogame. The true strength of Mass Effect 2's story, however, is in how personal BioWare has made it. If you played Mass Effect 1 through to the end and still have your save data, this game will import your character and all the decisions you made. The central plot will not drastically change, but the experience most certainly will. Some old friends and acquaintances will return – and others won't – based on decisions you made in the last game. Even the opening moments of Mass Effect 2 can be slightly different. Even if you didn't play Mass Effect 1, this game is worth playing. If you're not importing a character, BioWare simply makes some of the decisions from Mass Effect 1 for you. It's slightly less dramatic and the story here is often references events in the first game, which might make some bits less thrilling for novices. There are revelations and tantalizing plot twists that Mass Effect veterans will go crazy for. These same moments simply won't carry the same weight with those hopping in for part two. It's a bit of a Catch-22 for the designers tasked with the impossible job of pleasing newcomers while still pushing the limits. The improvements aren't only technical. The inventory and skill systems have been made more manageable, streamlined to the point that they might initially appear too thin for a role-playing game. Keep playing, however, and you'll begin to see strength and depth emerge as you further customize your squad.
Games like Mass Effect 2 don't come around often enough. Look at any aspect and you can be sure it's great. It's incredibly personal while still retaining a sense of epic sweeping scale. The combat and mission design are outstanding. The visuals, voice acting, soundtrack, and direction are miles ahead of the competition. Perhaps most impressively, Mass Effect 2 manages to fulfill its incredible ambition while only suffering from very few technical hiccups. The only real caveat I should mention is that some of the revelations and plot twists won't be quite as powerful if you haven't played Mass Effect 1, but that isn't any reason to skip this fantastic videogame.

HEAVY RAIN

PLATFORMS: EXCLUSIVELY ON PS3
GENRE: ADVENTURE

THERE IS A SAYING, "NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER".. WELL, SAME AS THIS GAME.. RELUCTANTLY I SAY, THIS GAME HAD CAUGHT MY ATTENTION BY SUPRISE...
Heavy Rain is a cinematic and evolving thriller from Quantic Dream, the developer behind the critically acclaimed Fahrenheit. Dealing with a range of adult themes, the game revolves around a sophisticated plot and strong narrative threads that explore a complex moral proposition. You assume the role of multiple characters, with very different backgrounds, motivations and skills, in a world shaped by Bending Storylines - a dynamic narrative design where your actions and decisions will shape your story.
Heavy Rain, just know this: the game starts slow. It'll take you a couple hours to get into the meat of the experience and for things to really pick up, but once it does, you'll be on the edge of your seat until the end and you won't want to put the controller down. In other words, if you stick with it, Heavy Rain will give you a ride like you rarely see in games. Quantic Dream's last title, dubbed Indigo Prophecy in North America and Fahrenheit pretty much everywhere else, tried to bridge together intricate storytelling with gameplay by using what were essentially quick-time events (think Dragon's Lair). A button prompt appears on the screen, and if you press it in time, the game continues and you get another one. If you don't, you fail and usually wind up staring at the words "Game Over". What's really interesting is that Heavy Rain manages to always keep you on your toes, and if you don't pay attention and keep your cool, you'll pay for it. There are action sequences that happen when you least expect them, and if you're not ready, you may "fail" them. In other cases, the opposite is true: events can happen very quickly and your gut instinct may be to react to them, when the best option may have been to wait for a better opportunity (or not react at all). The first time this last bit happened to me, I had to stop playing for a minute and think about what I'd done and what the consequences would wind up being. Things can get pretty intense, to say the least.
Heavy Rain’s an interactive movie, and it’s an enthralling experience.

LOST PLANET 2

PLATFORMS: PS3, X360, PC
GENRE: THIRD-PERSON SHOOTER
Intel Processor- Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4GHz
AMD processor- Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5200+
Nvidia Graphics Card- GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB
ATI graphic cards- Radeon HD 3870
RAM (memory)-2GB
Hard diks space-13GB
Direct X- 9

THIS GAME IS FIVE STAR AWESOME!!!
A decade has passed since the events of Lost Planet, and the face of E.D.N. III has changed dramatically. Terraforming efforts have been successful and the ice has begun to melt, giving way to lush tropical jungles and harsh unforgiving deserts. Players will enter this new environment and follow the exploits of their own customized snow pirate on their quest to seize control of the changing planet.
Players control their heroes across 6 interconnected episodes, creating a truly unique interactive experience that changes depending upon the actions of the players involved. With this concept, players will have the opportunity to engage in the story in a much more dynamic way as plot threads evolve from different players' perspectives. Beyond the deep single player mode, Lost Planet 2 is loaded with extensive multiplayer modes. The intense and action packed campaign mode comes with the ability to form teams of up to 4 players online to clear mission objectives with friends.
As the follow-up to the critically liked and commercially successful Lost Planet, Lost Planet 2 seems to have everything going for it. Aimed at western audiences, the team at Capcom headed up by Keiji Inafune and Jun Takeuchi promised a return of the well received multiplayer mode from the original game, as well as some much-hyped four player co-op for the entire main campaign. Unfortunately, few lessons seem to have been learned from the original Lost Planet's problems. Instead, Lost Planet 2 offers online play that feels dated in 2010 and adds a host of new issues to the series without fixing what was wrong last time, leading to a game that is in many regards worse than its predecessor. Lost Planet 2 is with few exceptions a beautiful game that always seems to have something new to show the player. The music is also excellent, with sweeping, epic orchestration punctuating major moments of the game, though it would have been nice to hear it more often.Lost Planet 2 is a gorgeous game with a ton of variety in locales and things to kill. The Cat-G Akrid are particularly impressive. The score is epic and actually quite good. It just would have been nice to hear it more often.

GUITAR HERO 5

 PLATFORMS: PS3, X360, PS2, Wii, CELL
GENRE: MUSIC

OUH YEAH.. I FORGOT TO MENTION ABOUT ANOTHER GAME THAT IS WORTHY TO BUY..
I PRESENT YOU .... "GUITAR HERO 5"!!!!!  WOOHHOOO!!! AWESOME STUFF GUYS!!!
Activision and Neversoft have been running the Guitar Hero show for some time now. The group took hold of the franchise with Guitar Hero 3, expanded the game series to a full band with Guitar Hero World Tour and offered up a handful of spin-offs along the way. With that much experience, you'd think the mega-publisher would learn how to put together a winning product. And you'd be right. Guitar Hero 5 is the best addition to the franchise in a long time.
It shouldn't come as any surprise that Guitar Hero 5 doesn't stray much from the same tried-and-true gameplay formula that has been the focus of over a dozen games in the past few years alone. The notes still come scrolling down the screen and the would-be rock stars around the world sill click those plastic guitars, bang the drums, and do their best to stay on key and in rhythm. Guitar, bass, drums and vocals are the four parts that make up the band. So what makes this one different from the other handful of Guitar Hero games that have come out over the last year? Quite a bit actually.
kurt cobain??!!!! no way...

GRAND THEFT AUTO IV

 PLATFORMS: PS3, X360, PC
GENRE: THIRD-PERSON ACTION ADVENTURE
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz or equivalent AMD Phenom X3 2.1GHz
Memory/RAM: 2.5 GB for XP or Vista
Video Card: 512MB NVIDIA 8600 or 512MB ATI 3870
Hard Disk Space: 18GB free
Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1

Criminals are an ugly, cowardly lot more worthy of pity and disdain than admiration. This is what you'll learn playing through the single-player campaign in Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV. The series cheered (and criticized) for glorifying violence has taken an unexpected turn: it's gone legit. Oh sure, you'll still blow up cop cars, run down innocent civilians, bang hookers, assist drug dealers and lowlifes and do many, many other bad deeds, but at a cost to main character Niko Bellic's very soul. GTA IV gives us characters and a world with a level of depth previously unseen in gaming and elevates its story from a mere shoot-em-up to an Oscar-caliber drama.
You play as Niko Bellic, an Eastern European attempting to escape his past and the horrors of the Bosnian war. He arrives in Liberty City to experience the American dream, only to discover his cousin, Roman, may have fibbed a bit in his tales of success. Starting from nothing, Niko makes a living as a killer and enforcer, a bad-ass foreigner who appears to have no morals. The longer we stay with Niko, the more we see that there is a broken human being inside, one who would give anything to escape the person he once was.
